What You'll Do
- Lead our content efforts by collaborating with product marketers, freelance writers, designers, sales & customer success teams, customers, industry experts, and online content creators.
- Produce compelling, search-optimized content for our blog, website, landing pages, social media channels, webinars, newsletter, online profiles, etc.
- Drive user and revenue growth through value-added content to the MobileAction platform.
- Build our online SEO strategy and maintain an editorial calendar.
- Analyze traffic and engagement using various analytics tools to monitor performance and improve the quality of produced content.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, follow internal and external review & approval workflows, and create written guidelines accordingly.
- Build and grow our content marketing team.
- Manage quarterly budgets, performance reporting, KPIs, and OKRs for content operations
- Finding ways to attract new users to MobileAction's products and services through content
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or Growth Marketing experience in B2B - SaaS/tech preferred (a portfolio of work samples will be required)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Proven record of driving revenue, user, or follower growth through engaging content
- The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to drive tasks independently with minimal guidance
- Hands-on experience with SEO (on-page / off-page), conducting keyword research, website management, and analytics
- An analytical mindset and orientation towards measurement and results
- General understanding of SaaS economics, such as LTV, CAC, payback period, etc.
- Strong natural sense of design through both UX and visual design
- Understanding of AI tools and skills in prompt engineering is a big plus.
- Mobile marketing experience or mobile marketer persona understanding is a big plus.
