We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Manager with a strong background in copywriting to join our Brand team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on content creation, and an in-depth understanding of marketing copywriting. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and messaging of our brand across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with overall short-term and long-term marketing targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
  • Create and publish engaging content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Optimize content according to SEO standards and Google analytics.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
  • Write compelling and persuasive marketing copy for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging content that drives conversions and brand awareness.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content, ensuring clarity, tone, and style align with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance analytics, SEO best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Works closely with the marketing and brand teams to align content efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead content brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas to the table and encouraging creative input from the team.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies, ensuring they meet business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role within a marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of creating high-performing marketing copy that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Experience with content development for B2B or B2C industries.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
