As a member of the SafeBase marketing team, the Content Marketing Manager is a critical role as we move into our next growth phase. Your primary responsibility will be to define, build, and bring to life our content strategy. If you are an accomplished, highly collaborative marketer with a solid track record in B2B content to fuel and accelerate growth, this role may be for you. 

What you’ll do 

  • Own all aspects of content including (but not limited to) content strategy and execution, SEO, email, social media, thought leadership, customer case studies and testimonials, speaking and webinar abstracts, etc.
  • Develop the content strategy and build compelling marketing content, including SEO articles, blog posts, longform guides, video scripts, infographics, and more that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audiences
  • Work closely with broader marketing team to develop engaging content (articles, videos, guides, tools, infographics, posts, etc.) that map to the buyer’s journey 
  • Strategize, plan, and execute social media campaigns across our key platforms and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content to engage and inform customers effectively, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, video testimonials, written testimonials, and conference materials
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of customer success stories and presentations featuring customer testimonials to be used on the website and in sales materials
  • Identify key customers who can serve as marketing spokespeople through case studies and speaking opportunities; support the growth & improvement of current advocacy programs
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, social media insights, and campaign results
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and achieve marketing objectives

Who you are 

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS focused on content, SEO, or brand marketing
  • A strong passion for serving and understanding customers
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, and customer journey-mapping
  • Exceptional skill for communication, copywriting, and content creation
  • Track record of creating and executing marketing programs that deliver a return on investment
  • A wildly curious, strategic and quantitative person who uses data to solve problems
  • A storyteller, able to craft compelling positioning with a customer first mindset
  • You balance right-brain creativity with left-brain analytical thinking 
  • You have a growth mindset and embrace constructive feedback about your work
  • You natively speak B2B SaaS technology marketing – hypergrowth and scale-up experience are a plus 

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will be fully remote.
