Content Marketing Manager

💡 What You’ll Do:

  • Email Campaign Architect: Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with our company objectives and drives engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Content Connoisseur: Create compelling content for digital and email campaigns, including captivating subject lines, persuasive copy, and visually stunning graphics. Whether it's crafting persuasive sales pitches, informative newsletters, or engaging storytelling, you'll captivate our audience and keep them coming back for more.
  • Segmentation Strategist: Segment our content and email list based on audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns. Utilize data-driven insights to tailor content and messaging to specific audience segments, maximizing relevance and driving engagement.
  • Automation Aficionado: Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline email campaign execution and optimize efficiency. From drip campaigns to triggered responses, you'll leverage automation to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time, driving conversion and nurturing relationships.
  • Performance Optimizer: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and email campaigns. Use insights from data analysis to optimize performance, refine targeting strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

🎓 What Makes You The Perfect Fit:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in content marketing, email marketing, growth marketing or related field 
  • Passion for storytelling and developing marketing content across digital channels.
  • Ability to quickly execute and iterate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines on the go.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS required

💸 Compensation:

  • Salary + Equity? Yes, and yes.
  • Pay varies depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.  For candidates outside of metro market areas, we use the state average.
  • The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
  • Nova Labs targets the 50th percentile of the pay scale for new hires.
  • The salary pay scale for the target experience and target skill set US locations:  
    • Tier 1 (San Francisco / New York City):  $106,000 - $144,000
    • Tier 2 (Boston, Seattle, DC, San Diego, Los Angeles, CA State Avg):   $96,000 - $130,000
    • Tier 3 (Austin, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Phoenix, Portland, Philadelphia, Sacramento):  $90,000 - $123,000
    • Tier 4 Other, Miami, Columbus, Raleigh-Durham, SLC, Orlando, Eugene, NH, San Antonio):  $85,000 - $115,000
