itD is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to create and shape high-quality marketing content that translates complex topics such as AI innovation and cyber defense into clear, compelling stories for security and IT audiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong content creation, writing, editing, and cross-functional collaboration experience, with a track record of developing engaging content and marketing assets across multiple channels.

Location: Remote in US

Duration: 10 months

Responsibilities:

• Develop long-form thought leadership content, including sponsored articles, blog posts, white papers, executive briefs, executive POV pieces, and research-backed reports focused on AI and cyber defense.
• Write and edit compelling marketing content that establishes authority and connects complex technical topics with security and IT audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners to develop content, manage project communications, and provide status updates.
• Create email newsletters, organic social media posts, and promotional content to extend the reach of core marketing assets across multiple channels.
• Develop and refine copy for landing pages and educational hub pages that guide prospects through the marketing funnel.
• Produce concise, creative copy for paid media, advertising, and ongoing marketing initiatives designed to drive awareness and engagement.
• Manage, update, and optimize core marketing assets to maintain current messaging, accuracy, and relevance.

Internal Responsibilities:

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong professional experience in content marketing, content creation, copywriting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing long-form marketing and thought leadership content.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating content for multiple marketing channels, including email, social media, paid media, and web.
• Experience developing and optimizing landing page and marketing asset copy.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience creating content focused on AI, cybersecurity, cyber defense, or related technology topics.
• Experience developing executive-level thought leadership or ghostwritten content.
• Experience creating research-backed reports, white papers, and executive briefs.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and multi-channel content strategies.
• Experience managing content governance, asset updates, and ongoing content optimization.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
