What you'll be doing
- Content Production: Execute high-quality content across design, video, and audio that demonstrates hybrid AI-traditional workflows, ensuring brand standards while resonating with creative professionals.
- Editorial Management: Manage freelance writers, video creators, and experts through briefing, feedback, and coordination while maintaining editorial standards and authentic voices.
- Multi-Channel Optimisation: Adapt content for blog, YouTube, and social platforms, optimising for SEO/AEO and transforming hero content into multi-format campaigns.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of creative tools (Adobe, Figma, DaVinci) and AI developments, serving as internal expert on hybrid workflows and emerging trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, brand, SEO, CRM and social teams to support launches, integrated campaigns, and seasonal content.
- Strategic Development: Create educational content bridging traditional and AI-enhanced techniques, showcasing how Envato's tools complement professional software while driving adoption.
About you
- Deep creative workflow expertise with hands-on proficiency in traditional creative software and emerging AI tools. Able to explain complex technical concepts accessibly.
- Proven track record producing engaging content for creative professionals, demonstrating understanding of how designers, video editors, and creators work.
- Content production management including freelancer direction, SEO optimisation, multi-channel adaptation, and ability to scale production while balancing multiple projects.
- Strategic capabilities including data interpretation for optimisation, prompt engineering, visual judgment, and experience working in cross-functional remote teams at the AI-creativity intersection.
