Position summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Content Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Content Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in content creation, digital marketing, and brand building.

This is a part-time paid role, requiring 20 hours per week, and offers the flexibility to work remotely. The internship period spans from June 1 to August 31.

What you will do:

  • Channel your inner wordsmith to create content for blogs, social media, emails, and more
  • Dive into research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform content strategy
  • Brainstorm with the team to generate fresh ideas and bring them to life through your writing
  • Keep a close eye on the performance of our content across different platforms
  • Assist in maintaining content calendars to ensure consistent delivery of content across our various platforms
  • Help optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and meta tags
  • Assist in managing social media accounts and coming up with creative ways to reach our audiences
  • Provide support for PR activities, such as press/media list creation and journalist follow up and LinkedIn content creation
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Segment Marketing Teams

What you bring to the table:

  • Recent college graduate or current enrollment in a program for Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • A passion for storytelling and a love for all things creative.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for turning ideas into compelling content
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
  • A curious mind with a hunger for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Adobe, Asana, Webflow, SproutSocial, and/or Google Products is preferred but not required
