[Content Marketing Skills Assessment is required]
This role reports directly to the Content Specialist Lead. The ideal candidate enjoys creating content, is open to learning SEO, and is confident using AI tools to support on-page and off-page marketing. You will help produce articles, visuals, and short videos that support traffic growth and brand visibility.
Job Description
Content Creation
- Write clear and engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social posts, and campaigns
- Assist in planning and producing short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram
- Use AI tools to support content ideas, scripts, outlines, and early drafts
AI Assisted Production
- Create content with AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Jasper AI, and other tools
- Support workflow improvement by using AI to speed up research and production
Visual and Video Editing
- Edit pictures for blogs and social posts, including simple adjustments and resizing
- Produce and refine short videos with basic cuts, subtitles, and transitions
- Contribute to UGC style content that feels natural and authentic
SEO and Optimisation Support
- Learn SEO basics, including keywords, metadata, alt text, and internal links
- Assist in updating and improving articles based on performance insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least two years of working experience in content marketing
- Strong writing ability with clear and natural English
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper AI, or similar
- Basic skills in photo and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn SEO
- Able to follow structured guidelines and deliver work on time
- Must submit a resume with a portfolio that includes writing samples or multimedia content

- Experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Familiarity with Google Search Console or SEO platforms
- Interest in travel, lifestyle, or online media
