We’re looking for a Content Marketing Associate to build and scale SuperDial’s content engine.

You’ll be responsible for turning product insights, customer stories, and industry trends into high-quality content that builds credibility and drives engagement. This is a writing-heavy role for someone who can think strategically about narrative while executing quickly.

About the Role:

Content Creation

  • Write and produce content across formats including LinkedIn, blog posts, email, and case studies

  • Translate product capabilities and customer outcomes into compelling stories

  • Maintain a high bar for clarity, quality, and voice

Thought Leadership

  • Support founders and leadership with content and storytelling

  • Help shape SuperDial’s voice in the healthcare AI space

  • Identify opportunities to contribute to industry conversations

Content Strategy & Distribution

  • Maintain a consistent publishing cadence

  • Partner with marketing and growth to distribute content effectively

  • Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer teams to source ideas

  • Turn real customer insights into content that resonates with buyers

About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or a writing-heavy role

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills

  • Strong sense of voice, tone, and audience

  • Ability to move quickly and iterate without sacrificing quality

  • High ownership and attention to detail

Nice to Have
  • Experience writing for B2B or technical audiences

  • Interest in healthcare, AI, or enterprise software

  • Experience building or contributing to a content engine at a startup

The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000-$95,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
