Your tasks:
- Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, social media, landing pages, newsletters, case studies, white papers, email marketing campaigns, and more.
- Content Strategy: Design and implement content strategies aligned with our business goals, persona needs, and buyer journeys, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Brand Messaging: Craft compelling product messaging, positioning frameworks, and persuasive content that effectively communicates PaveNow’s value proposition to B2B audiences.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, optimize for engagement, and continuously refine content strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure content supports and enhances partner engagement, sales materials, and event preparations.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the fintech, legal, and accounting industries to create content that resonates with our target market.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B media, including industry publications and event organizers, to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Content Quality Control: Review and edit all content for stylistic accuracy, brand alignment, and error-free execution, ensuring content resonates with both Polish and English-speaking audiences.
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SaaS content creation, particularly in a fintech or startup environment.
- Profound understanding of accounting processes and the SME business cycle.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, navigating through ambiguity and driving results.
- Expertise in creating content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, email marketing, etc.
- Experience with content standards and meeting KPIs, ensuring content drives key business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Polish (C1/C2), as content will be produced in both languages.
- A solid understanding of how content performs on social media and how to optimize for engagement across different channels.
- Excellent editing skills, with the ability to check content for stylistic correctness and brand compliance.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve the effectiveness of content strategies.
