Role Overview: 

The Content Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing a comprehensive content strategy to support all of Front Row’s divisions and Ideal Client Profile (ICP). This role will work closely with the Senior Director of Global Marketing and Communications, leading the development of content to reflect regional nuances, divisional goals, and market dynamics across Beauty, Health & Wellness, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) verticals.

The Content Manager will manage a graphic designer and oversee a freelance budget to ensure all content aligns with Front Row’s marketing objectives, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with divisional leaders and leveraging data to drive content that resonates with diverse, global audiences.

Role Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development & Execution

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Global Marketing and Communications to develop a global content strategy that aligns with Front Row’s divisional objectives and Ideal Client Profiles (ICP).
  • Ensure the content strategy supports all divisions and reflects regional nuances, particularly across key verticals in Beauty, Health & Wellness, and CPG.
  • Lead the creation of thought leadership content, case studies, and success stories to enhance Front Row’s positioning in the market.
  • Manage an in-house graphic designer and coordinate with freelance designers and copywriters to create high-quality content across platforms and formats.

Content Creation & Optimization

  • Produce region-specific content for marketing materials, digital campaigns, pitch decks, and ABM initiatives.
  • Customize messaging and content to meet the unique needs of each region, division, and target audience.
  • Use analytics to measure content performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics like conversion rates, engagement, and audience insights.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support

  • Expand ABM efforts by developing highly targeted, impactful content for specific regions, ICPs, and verticals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to continuously refine ABM messaging based on data-driven insights and campaign performance.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with divisional marketing teams, sales, account management, and client services to ensure content is aligned with global goals and regional needs.
  • Manage the content creation process from concept to execution, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all divisions.
  • Coordinate with freelance talent, providing creative direction and managing project timelines to deliver quality content on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in content marketing or communications, with demonstrated success in managing content strategies across global or regional markets.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Experience managing creative teams and working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Strategic & Creative: Ability to develop creative content that aligns with brand strategy and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • ABM Knowledge: Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing and experience creating content for targeted campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing freelance talent and project budgets.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to use data and insights to inform content strategies and optimize for performance and ROI.
