About the role:

We’re hiring our first Content Marketing Lead to drive organic growth strategy, oversee SEO, content, and organic social initiatives. You’ll develop and execute content strategies that will enhance brand awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead content marketing efforts, manage a growing team, and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to scale our organic presence. 

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO & Content Strategy - Define and execute a best in class SEO and content marketing strategy to significantly grow organic traffic, improve search rankings, and maximize user engagement.

• Content Production & Management - Oversee the creation and refinement of high quality, search driven content that aligns with business goals, brand voice, and audience needs. 

• Performance Tracking & Optimization - Establish a data drive approach to track analyze, and optimize SEO and content marketing efforts, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact.

• Cross functional Collaboration - Partner with product, design, and other folks on marketing to enhance site structure, internal linking, and conversion strategies to drive organic growth.

• Strategic Leadership - Manage and mentor a small marketing team while overseeing relationships with external SEO agencies, ensuring seamless execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong emphasis on SEO and organic growth strategies.

• Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable business impact.

• Extensive experience leading content teams and managing external agency relationships.

• Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, link-building strategies, and technical SEO fundamentals.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strategic approach to content development.

• Demonstrated success in setting and delivering against ambitious growth targets.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative problem solver who thrives on innovation and adapts strategies based on data-driven insights.
