Content Lead
About us:
Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a growth-minded Content Lead, you will help set our content marketing strategy, manage the creation and optimization of high quality mental health content that drives significant outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build customer experiences that drive traffic and intakes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating on Content Strategy: You will work with our SEO Manager, social and PR teams to identify and plan out a growth-oriented content strategy. This includes topic planning, keyword research, and prioritizing production plans.
- Managing our Content Production Process: You will take our content strategy and see it through from content brief to published article. This includes writing content briefs, writer and reviewer assignment and communications, article editing & optimization, and publishing within our CMS. This also includes assessing existing content for optimization and refresh opportunities, to continuously improve the value of our content over time.
- Writing Articles & Managing Consumer-Facing Newsletters: When the time calls for it, you are able to roll up your sleeves and jump in to implement re-writes/edits on freelancer articles, write full articles for high-priority content (often from internal stakeholders), and collate blog content into a consumer-facing newsletter.
- Monitoring and Reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) that show the impact of our content on our audience and the business. This includes tracking and reporting on metrics related to content production, organic performance, content engagement, and business conversions from content.
- Freelance Team Management: You will recruit, manage and maintain — in collaboration with our Clinical Excellence team — a high performing freelance writing and clinical review team. This includes training freelance writers, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and managing feedback and relationships with our clinical review team.
Salary range: $90,000 - $136,000
