About the Youth Program

The Youth Program at Quest Alliance supports learners aged 16 to 24 in Industrial Training Institutes, Vocational Training Institutes, and Polytechnics. It focuses on digital literacy, career development, workplace readiness, and fostering self-learning to drive economic and social transformation. The program operates across the full FSTC (Future Skills, Transition & Career) continuum from exploration to growth across ITI, NSTI, and VTI models.

About the Role

This role exists to ensure the quality, coherence, and pedagogical integrity of all learning experiences developed for the Youth Program. The Coordinator will act as the internal instructional owner of content by critically reviewing and improving externally developed materials, ensuring they meet pedagogical standards, learner needs, and program goals, and independently developing or revising content when required.

Beyond instructional ownership, the role coordinates the end-to-end content development process, including management of projects, vendors, budgets, and digital content infrastructure to ensure smooth and timely delivery of high-quality learning materials aligned to the FSTC learner journey and contextually adapted across program models.

Role Description

Independent Content Development

·  Develop or revise instructional content independently, including creating missing content, fixing weak sections, or stepping in to meet urgent timelines.

·   Adapt content for improved clarity, usability, and learner relevance across digital, facilitator-led, and self-paced formats.

Learning Design & Product Support

· Design blended learning modules, storyboards, and card-based activities across formats and FSTC journey stages: Exploration, Readiness, and Growth.

· Embed gender-transformative design principles, future skills such as AI awareness and green skills, and contextual adaptation across ITI, NSTI, VTI, and Women & Work models.

·   Prototype tools and templates, and collaborate with the product team on usability and user experience.

·   Incorporate feedback from pilots, field visits, and reviews into iterative content refinement.

2. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

·    Define scope, objectives, timelines, SOPs, and RACIs for content development projects.

·    Maintain project trackers, monitor milestones, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery.

·    Onboard and manage vendors and consultants, conduct check-ins, and address issues proactively.

·    Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, gap-free execution.

3. Content Management & Digital Infrastructure

·   Maintain content repositories such as Drive, CMS, and Quest App with clear naming conventions, categorization, and version control to prevent duplication.

·    Manage the Quest App content repository and oversee migration to new and microlearning platforms.

·    Manage source file versions and identify, log, and resolve content bugs systematically.

4. Vendor & Budget Management

·    Participate in vendor selection and manage onboarding, performance monitoring against KPIs, and issue resolution.

·   Develop and manage content development budgets, track spend, flag overruns, and prepare financial reports.

5. Additional Responsibilities
