Job Description
Content Creator & Production Designer will be working in creating marketing campaigns as well as all communication tools that convey the message, productions look and feel of the brand's core value and have high impact towards customers through online and offline media.
The position needs a high understanding of marketing knowledge, brand's objective as well as target customers.
Content Creative
- Create concepts and storyboards for the creation of social media content that delivers a product's selling point, usage, mood, and tone that is appealing to customers and connected to the brand's core value.
- Ensure that every content adheres to our brand's image and fundamental values.
Website maintenance
- Maintain an e-commerce website with up-to-date product information (New Product Update, Product banner etc)
Offline Material
- Design and production of offline sales promotion tools such as packaging, shop banner, point of sales promotions, etc.
Research of ideas and competitors
- Research and Analyze market information, competition promotions, and conduct a particular investigation to obtain definitive outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Soft Skills
- Eager to learn. Flexibility to change with a can-do attitude.
- Mature, Highly responsibility, attention to details and possible to work under time pressure.
- High ability in communication skill. Quickly understand objectives to create works accordingly as well as ability to communication what team
- Having Creativity for problem solving and skill sets to achieve difficult designated goals.
Qualification
- At least Bachelor degree in art, design, communication or marketing related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in communication design, commercial arts.
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, and other VDO motion graphic and web graphic design tools.
- High understanding of design components.
- Passionate about design, aesthetics and current trends.
- Experience portfolio is a plus.
