What You'll Do:
- Develop and produce original short-form videos, tailored for Reels/Shorts/TikTok platforms
- Be the face and voice of our brand, genuinely connecting with our target audience and enhancing our brand's identity
- Take full ownership of the video production process, including scripting, filming, editing, and optimizing for social media engagement
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and apply this knowledge to create content that breaks through the clutter and drives results
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align strategies and deliver exceptional content
What You Need To Succeed:
- Ability to create viral video content, with professional experience or not. You don’t have to be an influencer.
- Proficiency in video recording and editing tools.
- Ownership to self-record on diverse environments, specially interviewing and dealing with people on public spaces.
- A strong and unique presence, with the ability to represent our brand as a trusted creator
- Ability to work autonomously, taking full responsibility for creative direction and ensuring the consistent execution of projects
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with AI tools for content creation, optimization, and analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
