About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Content Creator/Designer to play a key role in shaping both our internal and external communications. This position blends content creation, communication strategy, and visual design to help us craft clear, engaging, and effective messaging across various platforms. You will contribute to impactful communications while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.
Key Responsibilities: 

• Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging written and visual content for internal newsletters, presentations, updates, and campaigns.
•  Communication Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to ensure content aligns with corporate messaging and organizational goals.
•  Visual Storytelling: Design and create graphics, infographics, and multimedia content that enhance communication materials.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to gather information, understand key messages, and translate them into accessible and compelling content.
• Consistency and Brand Standards: Ensure that all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains messaging consistency across internal and external platforms.
• Impact Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

About You:

• Currently pursuing an MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and clear content for diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.

• Familiarity with content management systems, communication platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.

• Creative problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience through coursework, projects, or volunteer work in content creation or communications is a plus.

•  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

1. Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit.  The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
