Position Summary
A Content Creator develops engaging digital content across platforms to build brand visibility, audience engagement, and communication impact. The role involves ideation, production, editing, and publishing of content in formats such as video, images, written posts, and multimedia campaigns aligned with brand strategy.
Develop original content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience interests
Create and publish content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and campaigns
Produce short-form and long-form video content, including scripting, shooting, and editing
Write captions, articles, and promotional copy tailored to platform tone and audience behavior
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
Optimize content for reach and engagement using platform analytics and insights
Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns
Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to emerging digital formats
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and retention
Maintain brand consistency across all content outputs
Strong storytelling and creative thinking ability
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
Basic video shooting and editing skills
Strong written communication skills
Understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles
Previous experience managing a brand page or personal content channel
Portfolio showcasing video, graphic, or written content
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience in influencer marketing or brand campaigns
Office-based Role.

May require occasional travel for events, shoots, or field content production
