The PITCH

We are creators, creative industry rogues, and SuperBowl stars. We are not just on the internet; we are creating the stuff the internet wants to see. We’re insane for what we do and the people we do it with. We move so fast and make so much good shit that we can’t even keep up with ourselves. So, we need more folks just like us, the unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned (or over seasoned) creative pros. But above all - passionate makers and culture shakers. 

You must LOVE all things social, especially TikTok, already on multiple platforms and be passionate about the role social can play in building brands and connecting to audiences in an authentic way. This isn’t a role for people who like to take 6 months to develop one piece of creative. This is an always on role that moves daily and will put you at the epicenter of culture.

Here’s where you come in.

• Uses and creates on social media daily
• Passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms - social, streaming, AR, music, film, interactive, etc. 
• Extraordinary design skills in MOTION
• Familiar with working with almost every content creation format out there: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite & design templates in Canva or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, TikTok, Instagram, FB Live, etc.!
• Responsible, accountable, cool and always kind because you love the magic of collaboration

Here’s the Gig --

• Creating emotional, impactful, objective-oriented content for one of the many brands that VaynerX services
• Mastering the ability to turn any branded content into a volume of social gold (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.) 
• Working with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips - and turning them into content assets built for individual platforms and audiences
• Collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to create and manipulate video, a plethora of photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc. 
• Honing your design, video editing, and blurb-writing skills utilizing standard industry software and social platforms
• Wrangling and rolling with your teammates to service rapid turnaround times, capture trending moments, and deliver and receive feedback, all while keeping a clear, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude towards content creation
• Hi-Fi videographer-editor to support Cream Silk.
• Must-have Post Production and Editing Experience:
  - Has edited videos for hair care, skincare, or makeup brands. Has a deep understanding of beauty trends, fashion styling, and editorial color tones. Can replicate or elevate the style of international beauty brands 
  - Understands texture, gloss, and storytelling through post-production
  - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Davinci Resolve (color grading is a must)- Applies motion graphics/text overlays that feel dynamic, premium, and not templated
  - Experience editing for TikTok/Reels with native formatting, trending transitions, and music videos, etc.
  - Able to adapt edits based on platform best practices (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)Plus:
  - Strong skills in skin retouching, hair masking, and detail enhancement
  - Experience in filming for beauty or fashion brands
  - Can set up beauty lighting (key light, hair light, etc.) for face and hair details
  - Strong understanding of angles that flatter hair, skin, and makeup
  - Capable of directing talent on beauty posing, gestures, and pacing
