Role Overview
We’re looking for a star Content Creator to join our Marketing team in Kuwait to create trendy, localized content that resonates with the market. You’ll be responsible for producing engaging and culturally relevant content that captivates our audience and aligns with Calo’s voice and mission across various platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Write, review, edit, and update content for social media, campaigns, and other marketing materials
- Plan and direct photo and video shoots, with an eye for trends and local relevance
- Develop and maintain a content calendar tailored to the Kuwaiti market
- Create and film content independently for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Support the creative team with ideas and visuals for promotional materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging, visuals, and campaign direction
- Research current trends, seasonal moments, and cultural insights to guide content planning
- Suggest new content angles and formats to promote Calo’s offerings locally
Ideal Candidate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Film, or a related field
- Experience creating viral, high-quality content tailored for the Kuwaiti market
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
Knowledge & Competency
- Skilled in shooting and editing video content
- Understands content creation within brand guidelines
- Strong grasp of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and storytelling skills
- Highly organized with great time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple content projects at once
- Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional communication
- Passionate about food, wellness, and local cultural trends
