Hi! We’re AntiSocial Solutions, a social-first digital marketing agency made up of people who love to create. Our work spans industries; we produce conceptual campaigns, strategic media plans, creator and influencer strategies, and create content for great brands across the globe. As a division of Thinkingbox, we have offices located in Vancouver, Toronto, New York City, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles.
At AntiSocial, you’ll be joining a diverse and talented group of people who craft campaigns and provide solutions for the world’s top brands. The Opportunity
Are you fluent in internet culture? Do you dream in memes and think in TikToks? Thinkingbox is on the hunt for a Toronto-based Content Creator to join our growing team, supporting one of the most exciting and culturally relevant brands in the dating and lifestyle space. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, quick, and thrives in front of the camera just as much as behind it. You’ll ideate, produce, and edit short-form content for social media with a strong focus on humour, relevance, and viral potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the face of the brand on social (you’ll regularly appear on camera)
- Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Stories) from concept to edit
- Stay plugged into trends and turn them into timely, original content
- Create memes, write punchy captions, and come up with scroll-stopping concepts
- Collaborate with the wider creative team to ensure brand tone and style
- Edit and optimize content for performance across platforms
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience creating content for social media (brand or creator side)
- Confidence and charisma on camera (you’ll be the talent often!)
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
- A sharp eye for cultural trends, internet humour, and what’s going viral
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other content platforms
- A portfolio or social media presence that shows your creative voice and video chops
Bonus If You
- Have experience writing comedic or relatable scripts/skits
- Know your way around meme culture and Gen Z humour
- Are already active on TikTok or IG Reels with your own content
