Job Description: 

We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Specialist with a background in custom software development or B2B professional services. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting content that not only engages but also converts and drives business results – in other words, be a masterful content experiences builder, that is a power user and passionate experimenter with AI tools for content creation.

Key Responsibilities: 

Content Creation 

• Develop high-quality content, including case studies, blog posts, service and solution pages, and sales pitch decks.
• Ensure all content aligns with Janea Systems’ brand voice and business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop content strategies that support lead generation and conversion goals. 

Research and Ideation: 

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform content creation.
• Generate innovative content ideas that address customer pain points and showcase Janea Systems’ expertise. 

Content Optimisation: 

• Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Continuously analyse content performance and make data-driven improvements. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

• Work closely with designers, developers, and subject matter experts to create visually appealing and informative content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to team meetings to share insights and feedback.

Required Experience and Skills: 

• 2+ years of experience in content creation for custom software development or B2B professional services companies serving US market
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types, including case studies, blog posts, and sales materials.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to implement them in content creation.
• Ability to research complex topics and translate them into clear, engaging content.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
