Your Opportunity:
This is a full-time, in person position, reporting to the Chief Marketing and Operations Officer. As the Content Creator - Video Host/Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of MyBambu. This role requires a highly engaging personality who can effectively communicate MyBambu's mission and services to a diverse audience. As the Video Host and Brand Ambassador, you'll create compelling video content that educates, entertains, and inspires, helping us connect with customers and build trust in our products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Host and Produce Video Content: Serve as the on-screen personality for MyBambu, hosting a variety of video formats including explainer videos, tutorials, live Q&As, product demos, interviews, and social media segments.
• Content Creation and Scripting: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video scripts and content ideas that resonate with our target audience. Ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines and tone.
• Social Media Engagement: Represent the brand across social media platforms by responding to comments, engaging with the audience, and driving excitement around our products and services.
• Brand Storytelling: Develop and share engaging stories that reflect our brand values, mission, and unique offerings in financial technology.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, design, and customer support teams to ensure accurate and engaging communication of our products and services.

Skill and Abilities:

• Proven experience in video shot and editing, and incorporating graphics, text, vfx and sfx into video edits.
• Knowledge in the elaboration of scripts and storyboards for social media post.
• Familiarity with producing content for social media channels and other digital platforms.
• Produce the tasks by using Adobe Premier Pro primarily. Other platforms/animation tools may be implemented based on requirements.
• Skilled using the overall Adobe Suite Platform (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Audition)
• Detail-oriented in producing a highly polished video.
• High proficiency in video production and equipment.
• Highly organized, able to self-manage your work schedule.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
• Ability to receive creative direction and handle criticism related to work.
• Capable of managing projects from start to finish, overseeing timelines and deadlines, and handling client communications related to video projects.
• Languages: Bilingual in Spanish/English a mixed of these.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other related industry-standard

Job Requirements:

• Must submit reel together with your CV.
• Language proficiency: Spanish is required.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator.
• Be comfortable and confident in front of the camera to deliver live and recorded content.
• Operate camera equipment to shoot high-quality videos and photos.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field, preferred.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content types and formats, including articles, blogs, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
