Responsibilities
- Develop an ongoing Campaign to present content to existing and new users.
- Execute the campaign by working across a matrixed organization, taking into consideration: cost estimation, timelines, schedules of parties involved, etc
- Work to drive down customer acquisition costs and get the customer base up to 60k users by looking at what information increases CAC.
- Keep KPIs and associated metrics like CAC and what content improved customer experience.
- Work with the client by providing them with specific details of what they need to create. Provide content, videos, etc, to the senior leadership and the strategic communication group for review of products.
- Find/Set up Future events for marketing the CECOM AI application AI Flow to present, such as: Data summits, approved conferences, meet and greets, etc. CECOM is missing a significant number of Army and DoD opportunities because the events are not tracked and planned for.
- Keep a schedule of all things AI Flow within the app or public release. (85% App-related, 15% public release)
- Gather and provide weekly updates/releases to users on changes to the application.
- Host weekly teams meetings/talks on how to use AI Flow.
- Create 1-2 videos a week on how to use AI Flow and embed them into the application.
- Create a library of How to videos in AI Flow.
- Develop guides in the app to help with helpdesk.
- Work with the AI Flow Customer Rep and Forward Deployed Engineer to address specific customer issues and update documents.
- Develop and send out bi-weekly customer emails.
- Develop and send out weekly/bi-weekly customer updates in Teams.
- Put together Customer Feedback syncs to acquire information on customer experience and what they want to see.
- Spend time designing the wireframes and layout to support the AI Flow product.
- Come up with video story boards and work through the ideas needed to mock and/create the videos for AI Flow
- Think, develop and present video concepts to STRATCOM and senior leadership for approval
- Work with STRATCOM on all artifacts that need to be approved for release outside of the AI Flow application
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, social media manager, or similar role.
- Experience using content management creation tools.
- Holds an active Secret clearance.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate verbally and/in writing in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Photography/videography skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Comfort appearing on camera for branded content.
