As a Content Creator for Internal Client Communications, you will support the development and execution of internal communications content to meet our client’s internal training and corporate communications needs. You will assist in creating compelling content that engages client team members and enhances the internal awareness, usage, and reputation of the program/product. You will work closely with the internal client communications team and stakeholders within Targetbase and the client to ensure all internal communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy for the client’s program/product, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
- Support the creation and delivery of high-quality internal client communications content, such as email updates, newsletters, intranet content, training documents, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the internal client communications team and client stakeholders to ensure all internal client communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to the client’s/company’s brand, style, format, and standards in all materials produced.
- Assist in maintaining the client’s program/product content calendar to ensure internal communication needs are met.
Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Experience with content creation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of best practices for internal communications is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
