Puulse is hiring a full-time Content Creator & Designer to work remotely from South America. You'll spend your days making things: recruiting ads, top-performer features, culture clips, leaderboards, and the social content that keeps our sales teams energized and helps us attract new people. This is a high-volume creative role for someone who lives in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or Premiere, and knows what makes people stop scrolling. If you love producing a lot of work and seeing it go live fast, you'll fit right in.
You'll produce high volumes of creative across graphic design, video, and marketing assets while supporting recruiting, internal marketing, and the content that keeps our sales teams fired up. This role suits someone who works quickly, produces a lot without dropping quality, and wants exposure to marketing across an international sales company.
What You'll Do- Design product ads, recruiting ads and marketing assets at high volume across multiple markets
- Edit video for recruiting content, top-performer features, culture clips, and training material
- Design leaderboards, recognition graphics, and incentive announcements that keep the sales teams energized
- Edit recorded reps and employee interviews into short, shareable clips for training and recruiting
- Help build and update job listings, candidate forms, email templates, and interview kits
- Support external recruiting content across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Take on a broad mix of day-to-day tasks and quick-turnaround requests as priorities shift
Requirements
- C2-level English proficiency (or equivalent) — required
- Excellent written and spoken English — you'll communicate directly with Canadian leadership and teams
- We're looking for someone with C2-level English proficiency (or equivalent), both written and spoken. You'll work closely with our Canadian leadership and teams, so being highly confident communicating in English is essential.
- Strong graphic design skills and the ability to produce a high volume of work without losing quality
- Video editing experience for social, recruiting, and training content
- A sharp design eye and good judgment on what content actually connects
- Organized enough to manage several requests at once
- Strong written and spoken English, since you'll work closely with teams across the company
Nice to Have
- Experience creating recruiting or employer-brand content
- Motion graphics or animation basics
- Familiarity with scheduling and managing social channels
- Photography or on-camera comfort for capturing content
