Content & Creative Strategy Assistant

We are looking for a Content & Creative Strategy Assistant who can take our Marketing efforts to the next level through the lens of strategy and execution.

Job Duties Include:

Executive Support: Provide direct assistance to the EVP of Content & Creative Strategy across scheduling, communication, content initiatives, and key projects.

Content Support: Assist with content development and execution, including research, creative materials, production coordination, asset management, and other content-related needs.

Scheduling & Communication: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, track deliverables, and coordinate communication between internal teams, partners, talent, and production teams.

Project Tracking: Maintain trackers for content priorities, projects, deadlines, and workflows. Help ensure stakeholders are aligned and deliverables remain on schedule.

Administrative Support: Prepare and organize documents, maintain filing systems, support contracts and legal documentation, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to content and creative initiatives.

Cross-Team Support: Collaborate with teams across the company and provide flexible administrative, organizational, and content support as needs arise.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles within media, entertainment, and/or digital.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with managing contracts, rights documentation, and legal processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative and proactive mindset; able to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly.
  • Understanding of the entertainment industry, digital comedy industry, and excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Passion for comedy.
