The starting date of the internship will be as soon as possible. The remuneration package for the internship is 500€ per month based on full-time.
The Role
As a Content Creative Intern, you will support our creative and creator teams in developing impactful social-first content for global brands. You will gain hands-on experience across content creation, creator collaborations, campaign execution, content review, and community engagement.
Working closely with creatives, marketers, and creators, you'll learn how engaging content is developed, produced, and optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts while contributing to real client projects from day one.
You as a Content Creative intern
- Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Creative Business, Creative Industries, or a related field.
- Have a strong interest in social media, content creation, creator culture, and digital trends.
- Are proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with creators and colleagues.
- Have an eye for content quality and understand what performs well on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Have experience creating content and basic editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Have an interest in AI tools and emerging technologies and enjoy exploring ways to improve creative processes.
- Are fluent in Dutch and English.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development and execution of social-first content for creator and brand campaigns.
- Assist with content production, including shoot preparation, filming, editing, and content execution.
- Source, research, and evaluate creators while helping maintain and expand our creator database.
- Work with creator platforms and internal tools to support campaign and content workflows.
- Review and approve creator content to ensure it aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Assist with creator sessions, events, and in-person meetings.
- Help manage operational workflows, logistics, and creator-related processes.
During this internship, you'll gain practical experience in
- How a leading social-first agency operates and delivers content and creator campaigns for global brands.
- Creating engaging social content from concept to execution.
- Creator discovery, research methodologies, and database management best practices.
- Building and maintaining strong creator relationships and communities.
- Working with creator marketing and workflow tools such as Airtable, CreatorIQ, Whop, and similar technologies.
- Content review processes, campaign operations, and creator management at scale.
- The role of AI and automation in modern creative and marketing workflows.
- How successful creator communities are nurtured and why long-term creator partnerships drive stronger business results.
