Reporting into the Executive Producer, the Content Coordinator will play a key in supporting the broadcast production team. This person should have excellent communication skills, great follow through, attention to detail and a strong interest in the advertising production industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain broadcast team calendars across multiple projects.
- Create presentations, documents, and other meeting materials for multiple projects.
- Assist producers with meeting prep, scheduling, and pre-production materials.
- Manage schedules and calendars for US Executive Producers.
- Maintain multiple job numbers and estimates for several ongoing projects simultaneously.
- Assist with estimates, revisions, POs, and submit incoming invoices for payment.
- Estimate and coordinate travel for productions and broadcast team.
- Keep detailed records of all travel expenses and assist with Executive Producer expenses.
- Prepare reports as desired by finance pertaining to all corporate travel.
- Keep accurate and thorough job binders and assist producers to wrap up each job in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update broadcast systems for tracking and storing media.
- Maintain and organize broadcast work areas.

The annual salary for this role is $55,000 + OT.
