- Participate in product requirement reviews and design discussions, providing perspectives and recommendations.
- Work closely with the development team to promptly identify and configure content, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, driving improvements in testing processes and tools.
- Continuously improve content update processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of the site.
- Agile, adaptable, and automation-driven mindset.

- 2 years of experience professionally in eCommerce related positions, preferably in engineering, business analyst, technical project management, and/or user experience testing.
- Familiarity with software theories, methodologies, and processes, understanding eCommerce industry.
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, capable of quickly locating and reproducing issues.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work closely with the development team.
- Excellent English communication skill, written is key, but verbal is nice to have.
