About our Ecommerce Management Team

We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms. 

Our Business Development & Marketing team is currently looking for a motivated Content & Communications Manager (f/m/d) to build and scale our content marketing efforts in the e-commerce space. You’ll create high-quality content and efficient processes that help generate leads, strengthen our brand, and support the agency’s growth. 

The position is full-time and based in Hamburg, but we're also happy to consider part-time options (around 80%).

How would you spend your time if you join us?
  • You create and distribute engaging digital content pieces to generate leads, with a strong focus on LinkedIn (from multi-page whitepapers to thought leadership posts). 
  • You compile engaging sales collateral and actionable case studies to support sales, website content, outreach, and social media. 
  • You collaborate with our consulting and advertising teams to shape impactful keynotes and masterclasses for industry events. 
  • You build and optimize landing pages and website content to boost SEO visibility and communicate our services clearly within a Content Management System or Landing page builder. 
  • You design and implement scalable workflows and processes using smart tools (AI, SEO tools, landing page builders) to make content production more efficient. 
Requirements
Who Are You?
  • You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing environments. 
  • You’re familiar with tools like SEO platforms, CMS or landing page builders, AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT), collaboration tools (e.g. Asana), and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) - and you’re excited to learn more. 
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field. 
  • You’re fluent in both German and English, and confident writing in both languages. 
  • You get amazing amounts of important work done. 
  • You’re tech-savvy and bring a proactive, independent work style - you like to take ownership and see projects through from concept to completion.
