The Role
We’re a leading crypto media company expanding our digital storytelling network across social platforms. We’re looking for a Content Clipper/Editor who will focus specifically on X (Twitter) clippings — transforming long-form interviews, livestreams, and market updates into engaging short-form social content.

This role is ideal for someone who lives online, understands crypto and digital culture, and knows what makes people stop scrolling.A fast-moving digital native who knows how to pull high-impact moments from long videos and repackage them into viral clips, threads, and posts that drive views and conversation.
You’ll work alongside our production, editorial, and design teams to ensure that every post on our X feed is sharp, timely, and unmissable.
Roles and Responsibilities
Content Creation & Clipping
· Watch shows, livestreams, and interviews to identify the most impactful 20–60 second moments.
· Clip, title, and caption those segments for X (Twitter) in alignment with Banter’s tone and current crypto narratives.
· Collaborate with the video editing team to ensure clips are optimized for engagement (visuals, subtitles, pacing).
· Write sharp copy for each post — including hooks, hashtags, and context that drive clicks and shares.
Scheduling & Posting
· Manage the publishing of X (Twitter) clips across multiple Banter profiles daily.
· Coordinate with production team to align clippings with news cycles, upcoming shows, and trending topics.
· Maintain a posting calendar that ensures consistency and relevance.
Community Engagement
· Monitor replies, mentions, and quotes for each clip — engaging with the audience where relevant.
· Spot viral opportunities and quickly adapt tone or format to join trending conversations.
Analytics & Reporting
· Track performance metrics for each clip (views, engagement, CTR).
· Identify what types of clips perform best and recommend improvements.
· Report weekly on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Requirements
· 1–2 years of experience in video clipping or digital content creation.
· Solid understanding of X (Twitter) and crypto/web3 culture.
· Editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools) preferred.
· Experience using AI or automation tools for content clipping and captioning.
· Excellent writing skills with a witty, fast-paced tone.
· Strong eye for detail and timing in short-form video.
· Familiarity with analytics dashboards (native X Analytics or tools like Hootsuite).
· Knowledge of meme culture and how to apply it strategically.
· Understanding of how X integrates with YouTube, Telegram, and TikTok ecosystems.
