Role Profile :

Content Analyst in ETC Reference is responsible for the creation, maintenance & mapping of key reference data points at company, instrument & quotation level in NDA and various other content sets. And would also be accountable to give effect to corporate actions like Name Changes, Mergers, Acquisitions, Delisting, Re-Activations, and Symbol Changes & track IPO's, Business events. This role requires answering queries on chat room, Service cloud and emails from front line, CCS and various other internal teams who have dependencies on Reference Data.
This would impact in the workflow going out of compliance, impacting our core products’ reference data. This role will also act as BCP support for mapping of content in NDA, this mapping service is consumed by various products such as Refinitiv Workspace, Eikon, DataScope Suite of Products, KD & Worldscope.

Manage day to day business operations

Respond to data queries from both internal and external clients

Flexible and able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

Able to adapt to changing needs and requirements.

Process and maintain data accurately in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.

Deliver high productivity and quality data.

A team player who will work with others in order to get the job done.

Ability to work with different personalities and groups.

Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries.

Solid knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.

Improve efficiencies in work practices by implementing automation where possible.

Supports specific projects, as assigned by the manager.

Proactively identify and resolve data problems.

Should be willing to work in shifts, preferably night shift.

Required Skills:

Good Financial Market Knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Candidate should be open to work in shifts

Required Excel and VBA knowledge
