The Role

Position Overview
  • The Container Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing container solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional IT architecture and modern container technologies to ensure seamless interoperability and optimal performance, especially on Red Hat OpenShift Platform.
  • The architect will work closely with various stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective strategies that align with the client's objectives. He/She is also required to co-creates with clients, in real-time, on solutions to solve their hardest business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver enterprise container platform architectures, with a primary focus on Red Hat OpenShift; experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, and hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
  • Develop solution architectures and technical proposals aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by leveraging expertise in AI, analytics, DevOps, automation, security, networking, and storage to develop business-aligned technology strategies and innovative solutions.
  • Ensure platform compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Lead the implementation, migration, and integration of container platforms with minimal business disruption.
  • Optimize platform performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to drive successful solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and solution governance artifacts.


Who You Are

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, container platforms, or cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Quay, and container ecosystem technologies; experience with Kubernetes, Rancher is a plus.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Service Mesh.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise platform issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Proven ability to lead architecture discussions, influence technical decisions, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated architect mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering scalable, secure, and resilient solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Container Relevant certifications: CNCF, RedHat certified OCP Admin (EX280 or EX380), K8s certified
  • Familiarity with Middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka、AMQS、3Scale、APIC.
  • Familiarity with Cloud or Hybrid Cloud Architecture like Azure, Google Cloud
Working Conditions

The Container Solution Architect will primarily work in an office environment but may also be required to travel to various sites for implementation and support. This role may involve occasional after-hours work to address critical issues or to complete projects on time.
