HOW A CONTAINER PLATFORM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As the Container Platform Lead, you will oversee enterprise container hosting operations across Kubernetes environments in Azure, AWS, and on‑prem OpenShift—ensuring 99.9% uptime, secure configurations, automated deployment reliability, and consistent DevSecOps practices.

You will partner directly with VA leadership and service line managers to provide operational reviews, modernization roadmaps, incident analyses, and improvement recommendations. Your communication ensures transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence across the platform.

You will drive continuous improvement by identifying modernization opportunities, resolving configuration and deployment gaps, optimizing automation, refining SOPs, strengthening governance controls, and maturing enterprise performance and security practices. Your leadership ensures VA’s container hosting environment remains resilient, scalable, secure, and continuously advancing.
