In November 2024, Printful and Printify came together as two equals and merged to form a global on-demand powerhouse. This role will involve working across our two platforms and brands, a unique and special challenge. To learn more about the merger, check out our blog post.

About Us

Both Printify and Printful are pioneering production on-demand companies and platforms established in Latvia but with a global customer base.

Printify is bringing the dream of financial freedom and business ownership to the world by connecting e-commerce entrepreneurs with over 100 print-on-demand facilities around the globe.

Printful has built world-class in-house production facilities and helps people to build their brands, empowering thousands of businesses—including iconic names like Coca-Cola and MTV.

About the Role

Our team is at the heart of our success. You’ll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way.

We’re looking for a Consumer Trend Specialist on a 1-year contract (with the option to change to an indefinite term contract) to join our team and help shape our ability to understand what is trending and build our trends tool. You’ll explore emerging tools, identify high-potential data sources for trend insights, and help ensure our merchants receive the best, most relevant trend recommendations, so they don’t miss out on virality opportunities and create products that sell like hot buns online.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your love for social media, pop culture, and ecommerce with a hands-on role that impacts real merchant success.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:
  • Researching the evolving e-commerce and trend intelligence tool landscape.

  • Testing and evaluating trend generation tools to identify what works best for different merchant segments.

  • Building and maintaining a trend tool repository and internal knowledge base.

  • Recommending the best trend sources, formats, and delivery methods for different user types, platforms (PFY/PFL), and sales channels.

  • Helping define and document best practices for trend-based product recommendations

  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive adoption of trend recommendations across the user experience.

  • Supporting experimentation (A/B testing) and measurement of impact on product visibility and GMV.

Your Qualifications
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that sees e-commerce and the internet as a world of possibilities to create and sell products.

  • You know how to come up with products and niches, sell them online, and use tips and tricks to get them to go viral.

  • Passion for ecommerce, social media, and consumer culture, particularly within Western markets.

  • Deep interest in internet trends, pop culture, and what’s happening across social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Snapchat, and Pinterest.

  • Understanding of the e-commerce merchant journey, including the challenges they face.

  • Familiarity with online tools and platforms used for identifying e-commerce opportunities.

  • Ability to think analytically and drive experimentation with a data-driven mindset.

  • Self-motivated and organized, with a desire to contribute to knowledge sharing and team learning.

  • A plus: experience with A/B testing or ecommerce trends curation.

What We Offer:
  • Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 a.m.)

  • Health insurance

  • Be part of a friendly, inclusive, and global team

  • Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons both on-site and online

  • Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!

We are an equal-opportunity workplace. We’re committed to diversity and inclusion and make hiring decisions based solely on qualifications, merit, and work experience.

If you think you’d excel in this role, send us your resume in English, showing us why you are the right person for the job.
