You will lead the operations of a state-of-the-art consumer and sensory research center, overseeing both facility management and the delivery of quantitative research projects.
Key Responsibilities
📆 Manage day-to-day facility operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and staff assignments.
📋 Oversee all quantitative research activities: study design, costing, project management, programming, monitoring fieldwork, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
📝 Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent, screeners, and questionnaires.
🔬 Ensure the facility is maintained in optimal testing condition, including tech setup, lab cleanliness, and inventory management.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements, including adverse event and product quality complaint reporting.
🤝 Direct client liaison on facility availability, research requests, and fieldwork operations.
👥 Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and schedule research projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Degree in a related discipline (Consumer Science, Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology).
- Relevant industry experience.
- Strong background in quantitative research methodologies (e.g., CLTs, HUTs, etc.).
- Strong background in client relationships and team management.
- Proven experience in facility or operations management.
- Familiarity with research platforms and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communicational skills.
