QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a reputable university (Engineering, Economics, Administration or related departments are preferred),
- Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer analytics, pricing mechanisms,
- Team management experience is a plus,
- Knowledge in SQL is a must,
- Experience with food/grocery delivery, marketplace, or data-driven cultures would be an advantage,
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and data driven strategic decision-making skills,
- Self-starter with an extreme ownership mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Experience with projects / processes covering multiple teams (e.g., operations, growth, technology)
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, evolve and implement pricing strategies for consumer fees that balance revenue growth with customer satisfaction and platform competitiveness.
- Lead data-driven experimentation and A/B tests to assess pricing hypotheses, measure impact on key business metrics (revenue, conversion, retention, order frequency etc.) and translate results into actionable pricing decisions.
- Continuously monitor and analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitor pricing to drive optimization opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Growth, Operations, and Data Science to ensure alignment on pricing changes and their impact on both business outcomes and user experience.
- Build and maintain regular pricing dashboards and performance reports for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth.
