What will I be doing?

  • Manage primary and secondary insight research projects, including commissioning market research agencies, establishing clear project objectives, managing project timelines, and overseeing costs and data quality checks to ensure projects deliver robust and actionable research findings

  • Carry out end-to-end market research projects in-house, managing development of research materials, sampling, analysis and report writing

  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, working closely with them to understand their insight requirements and ambitions, and providing guidance on the most appropriate insight projects or programmes of work to meet their goals.

  • Collaborate across Data, Insight and Performance teams to provide joined up delivery and understanding of insight

  • Work as part of the Consumer Insight and Experience team to manage the package of insight products and tools (including tracking programmes and Supporter Panel) ensuring the value of these tools is optimised

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience of using quantitative and qualitative market research techniques to drive actionable insight

  • Significant experience of insight project delivery including writing briefs with clear, agreed objectives and delivering actionable outputs

Our organisation values are designed to guide all that we do.

Act with ambition, courage and determination
