As Vice President, Consumer Content Marketing, you will craft brand moments and stories Germany wants to talk about. You will shape culture-led consumer communications and translate central guidance into Germany‑specific narratives, then orchestrate a content calendar that lands consistently across web, social, events and partner channels. You will coordinate paid content in partner channels with the Media team to amplify the reach of the ideas you create. You will be responsible for managing content holistically to create external facing materials for your programs, working closely with Campaigns and Chase PR.
Job Responsibilities

Define the Germany content marketing strategy from central guidance and turn it into clear, culture‑first stories and content plans.

Own the content calendar across channels; coordinate with Campaigns and channel owners so messages are orchestrated and aligned.

Analyze consumer research and market trends in Germany to deepen audience understanding, align with German culture and industry developments, and tailor story angles and headlines.

Work with copywriters and designers to develop messaging frameworks and content.

Lead external-facing content and speaking program end-to-end: own core materials and program recurring formats from concept to delivery (e.g., podcasts).

Brief and manage agencies and partners; review and sign off plans and assets; ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.

Coordinate paid content in partner channels such as advertorials with the Media team to amplify earned moments.

Drive effective project management so programs, content and assets are delivered on time and to quality.
- In partnership with Chase PR, oversee agency partners to amplify campaigns and stories in the consumer press.

Develop and deliver content‑led earned programs, materials (web/social/events/webinars), and media collaborations.

Monitor coverage, sentiment and impact; track content metrics; run post‑program reviews and share recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Significant experience in consumer communications, public relations or content marketing for well‑known brands with nationwide reach in Germany.
