Descrição:
Atuará na área de Projetos em Network, sendo responsável pela implementação de projetos de redes e suporte de terceiro nível em ambientes corporativos de alta complexidade e missão crítica.
O profissional deverá possuir experiência na criação de soluções de network, relacionamento com clientes (client-facing), implementação de projetos e atuação hands-on em troubleshooting avançado.
Buscamos um perfil com boa comunicação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, postura consultiva junto aos clientes e forte alinhamento com cultura de inovação.
Experiência necessária:
Criação e desenho de soluções de Network;
Implementação de projetos de redes corporativas;
Atuação em suporte avançado (N3) em ambientes críticos;
Relacionamento e negociação com clientes;
Elaboração de documentação técnica e arquitetural (Topologias, AS-BUILT, HLD e LLD);
Apresentações técnicas e workshops para clientes e times internos;
Troubleshooting avançado e análise de pacotes utilizando Wireshark.
Skills Técnicos Obrigatórios:
Conhecimentos avançados em TCP/IP e Routing & Switching; Protocolos de roteamento OSPF e BGP; SD-WAN; VXLAN e arquiteturas Cisco ACI; FortiGate; Wi-Fi Cisco e Fortinet; Cisco ISE; Conhecimentos em Cloud Networking, com foco em Microsoft Azure; Experiência em troubleshooting e implementação em ambientes Cisco e Fortinet.
Inglês Avançado.
Espanhol Intermediário.
Certificações Obrigatórias:
CCNP Enterprise – Concentration ENARSI;
Diferenciais:
FCSS (Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist) – Secure networking
Conhecimentos em AWS, GCP e OCI;
Experiência com FortiAnalyzer, FortiADC e FortiWeb;
Conhecimentos em Palo Alto;
Ferramentas de monitoração como Zabbix, Nagios e Splunk;
Automação utilizando Python, Ansible ou outras linguagens/frameworks;
Inglês avançado.
