Role: Consulting Team Lead
We are seeking a proactive, confident self-starter, who excels in a competitive environment, to take on the role of Consulting Team Lead.
You love leading and mentoring teams effectively while navigating challenges with an unwavering focus on delivering on your team’s and personal utilization goals.
You possess an analytical thinking style and can strategically juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are restless and your impatient spirit is fueled by enthusiasm and optimism, and passion.
You will be the driving force leading one of our fast-paced Power BI / Azure Consulting teams (5 to 10 individuals) and reporting up to a Consulting Manager.
Your major responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing and holding your team accountable
- Accurate daily forecasting and resourcing of your team
- Accountability for your team achieving 75% utilization
- Delivering your personal billable utilization of 30%
- Assisting your team with client relationships and delivering high quality outcomes
- Proactive reporting to your Consulting Manager
