Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including configuration of technical infrastructure components, business-focused testing and training
• Understands task-level requirements and can translate them into solutions
• Takes responsibility for their own work

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Minimum Certified ServiceNow Administrator and/or CIS-ITSM
• Basic object-oriented programming principles
• Has experience writing scripts
• Must hold at least one of the certifications outlined below:
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Software Asset Management (SAM)
Discovery/ITO
