We are currently looking to grow our team with a Consultant who will play a key role in designing and delivering complex process transformation initiatives for leading organisations.

💪 What will your day-to-day look like?

Given our lean structure, you’ll work side-by-side with Engagement Managers, Partners, and cross-functional teams to reimagine business processes, design scalable solutions, and deliver tangible impact for our clients.

Process Analysis & Solution Design

Support the analysis and redesign of complex business processes across various industries and functions. You'll map current processes, identify pain points and opportunities, and architect innovative solutions that balance operational efficiency with exceptional customer experience. This involves:

  • Conducting deep-dive process analysis through stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Creating detailed process maps and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Designing future-state processes that leverage digital technologies
  • Defining data collection points and establishing reporting frameworks
  • Developing high-level technical solution blueprints to enable process transformation
  • Creating structured documentation (BRDs, process flows, specs) to align business needs with system implementation

Project Delivery & Stream Ownership

Own and deliver workstreams within larger transformation programmess or lead smaller, less complex projects end-to-end. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day coordination across internal and client teams
  • Making recommendations and support decision-making on project direction and priorities
  • Maintaining high quality standards across all deliverables
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and communication

Client Collaboration & Communication

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the engagement. This involves:

  • Facilitating working sessions to gather requirements and validate solution approaches
  • Presenting findings, recommendations, and deliverables clearly and confidently to stakeholders

Innovation & Knowledge Development

Stay at the forefront of process transformation and technology trends to drive innovation in our solutions:

  • Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
  • Share insights and best practices across project teams and the organisation

You will be working in a vibrant environment, so you can never expect to have just another typical day at work. One day you might be supporting to redesign the innovation process for a major bank, the next day you could be optimising the scholarship management process for an NGO. 👨‍💻 REBORRN's Working Model

We operate on a hybrid work model and stimulate effective collaboration by meeting up in our offices at least twice a week. If you're not based in Athens, you'll join all-hands meetings in person every quarter. In this role, you will be expected to travel several times a year for client engagements that require your physical presence.


Requirements

😇 Who are you?

You have 4-6 years of experience in digital transformation, business analysis, solution design or product management roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex tasks into actionable steps.
  • Experience designing business processes and writing technical specifications.
  • Exposure to solution architecture concepts (e.g., integration points, data flows, system capabilities). You don’t need to code, but you should be able to think like an architect.
  • You’re familiar with process visualisation tools (e.g., Miro, Visio) and comfortable creating mockups for designers.

You are not just technically savvy, but also a master communicator. You can break down complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions between business and technical teams.

You are autonomous and thrive under pressure. You can juggle multiple projects (although you’ll be usually working on no more than 2 projects at the same time) while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring quality deliverables.

You are naturally curious and always looking to innovate. You stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and aren't afraid to experiment with new approaches to solve challenging problems.

You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey complex technical ideas and concepts both in Greek and English.
