The Consultant shall provide project-related scientific services to the Company from 1 October 2026. Such services may include, without limitation, early engagement activities, business development preparation, business development meeting presence as needed for select opportunities, and the development and expansion of the Client’s portfolio in key neuroscience-related indications, as directed by the Client.
