Quality Consultant
Position Type: Independent
Consultant/ Independent Service Provider (Not W2)
Locations: Mexico
Travel Required: 85-100%

Our consultants are industry experts, providing tactical
operational wins to OEMs and T1 Suppliers via extensive industry knowledge, critical
thinking and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for making hands-on
changes to warehouse and production floors rapidly.
- Provide resources, technical support, coaching
and consultation around quality improvement, technology, and professional
development needs.
- Provide technical support in the quality
process; PPAP, APQP documentation and more.
- Lead problem solving efforts and collaborate
with the manufacturing team regarding open corrective actions.
- Provide support or conduct internal audits;
IATF, LPAs, supplier compliance etc.
- Initiating and implementing process improvements
through innovative creative ideas.
- Works with Quality Department to analyze any
quality concerns throughout the Production process, and implement necessary
changes in order to improve production efficiency, quality and processing.
Requirements
- Previous Consulting Experience
Preferred
- 5+ years of hand-on Quality Control
experience within an Automotive or Aerospace production/manufacturing
environment.
- Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering
or related, preferred.
- ERP and SAP experience required.
- PPAP, APQP documentation
experience required.
- IATF knowledge.
- Strong analytical and
conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers
at all organizational levels.
- Experience leading small teams or delivering projects or programs.
