RESPONSIBILITIES
Change Requests: You analyze change requests that arise along Evonik’s global pricing process as well as during integration into Evonik’s market-to-offer landscape
Optimization Potential: You advise business departments on business processes, identify and realize optimization potential within the market-to-offer pricing processes, and prepare the corresponding technical design for the development team or coordinate it accordingly
Projects: You take responsibility for managing internal and cross-functional (sub-)projects, including the functional leadership and coordination of project team members
Rollout Plans: You actively contribute to the design of rollout plans and their successful international implementation, support the creation of training materials, and, in some cases, conduct training sessions
Provider Management: When required, you take over provider management for external partners
Releases: You stay up to date with the latest releases and technologies and continuously pursue opportunities for professional development
Collaboration: You work closely with the Marketing & Sales Governance team as well as with our customers to understand their business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
System Architecture: You work independently on the development, further enhancement, and identification of automation potential, as well as on a modern, future-proof system architecture
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Successfully completed university degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration
Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience working with Pricing Systems, ideally within the chemical industry.
Expertise: Solid knowledge of pricing processes and their integration into adjacent processes
IT Skills: Additional knowledge of the SAP SD module, SQL, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI as well as experience with mobile or cloud-based applications is an advantage
Languages: Very good English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
Strengths: Strong presentation and communication skills, team spirit, enjoyment of solving complex tasks, strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, keen under pressure and a pronounced goal- and results-oriented mindset
Other: Flexibility with regard to working hours due to the international working environment
