- Actively drive challenging automotive-related projects focusing on production optimization for our customers, which can include daily production planning to meet customer requirements of quality, quantity, and delivery.
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
- Assess current workflows, systems, and structures to identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
- Design and implement process improvements across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or service delivery functions.
- Projects may include inventory control, cycle counting, confirming product orders, shipping, and receiving, supervising work force and more.
- Evaluate vendor, supplier, or contractor performance and support procurement optimization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards in operational procedures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, process improvement, supply chain, or management consulting.
- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or related, preferred.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Experience leading small teams or delivering projects or programs.
- Experience prioritizing tasks and managing assignments in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication and documentation skills, including presentation skills (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience in the target industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, etc.) may be required depending on the role.
- Previous Consulting Experience Preferred
