Specializing in rare diseases and specialty therapeutics, we combine proprietary real-world data, advanced analytics, and deep therapeutic expertise to uncover actionable insights on patient populations, treatment trends, prescribing behaviors, market access, and competitive dynamics across up to 50 countries.

Your responsibilities as Consultant:

· Generate market data and insights on national and international healthcare markets within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, with a focus on rare diseases and specialty pharmacy markets.

· Address complex business challenges through data-driven analyses and actionable, client-specific recommendations.

· Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to incorporate primary research insights into client engagements.

· Conduct thorough secondary research and analysis of company investor relations materials, treatment guidelines, claims data, scientific publications, 3rd-party and public databases, etc., leveraging company AI tools as appropriate.

· Collaborate on the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to develop financial models, market models, economic impact models, health-economic models, and product adoption and acceptance models.

· Develop market landscape presentations, market entry strategies, and product positioning strategies.

· Create compelling client presentations and strategic storylines in PowerPoint.

Requirements:

· You bring experience in management consulting within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.

· You communicate fluently in both German and English.

· You have successfully completed a degree in a life science, medical, or business-related discipline; an MBA, PhD, MD, or other advanced degree is an advantage.

· Applicants with a completed medical degree without specialist certification, or with a pharmacy degree, are also welcome.

· Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to quickly synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights, both verbally and in writing.

· Experience analyzing large, complex datasets, such as healthcare claims data, electronic health records, patient registries, or prescription data, is a strong asset.

· Knowledge of rare diseases and global healthcare markets is an advantage.

· Outstanding skills in writing compelling content and creating presentations.

· You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a hands-on mindset.

Skills Required
