The Role
At Light Reply, we are hiring a Senior Power Platform Developer. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using Model-Driven Apps, Power BI, and the broader Power Platform stack. You will collaborate closely with architects and functional teams to transform business requirements into high-impact applications. This is a key opportunity to drive innovation, apply best practices, and deliver clean, maintainable low-code solutions in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, conduct process optimization and conceptualize solutions based on Power Platform, with focus on Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Engage with the latest Microsoft technologies while working on projects for international clients, always prioritizing customer focus and sustainability.
- Mentor junior developers for skill development.
- Execute solution design and development using the latest Microsoft technologies, emphasizing sustainability.
- Plan, develop, and realize extension components for Power Platform, with a focus on ribbon customizations, plugins, web resources and custom APIs.
- Implement Power Apps, considering governance, change management, and security.
- Work collaboratively in a motivated team, deploying solutions, managing ALM pipelines, translating needs into low-code solutions, leading app development, and ensuring high-quality software.
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, to support effective internal meetings providing context, being synthetic and direct.
- Proven dev experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (5+ years)
- Excellent understanding of database design principles including knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse
- Previous experience in programming languages such as C# and TypeScript, SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript (5+ years)
- Proficiency in implementing Custom Connectors
- Solid understanding of Authentication and Authorization flows within Power Apps and Power Automate
- DevOps experience on the Azure Platform
- Wide-ranging knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Expertise in SharePoint and Teams
- Agile project methodology
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Certification with Microsoft Power Platform
